DIVERSITAS received an ICSU grant for a project on Access and Benefit Sharing

Project focuses on implications of ABS for academic research

DIVERSITAS and its partners - ICSU ROLAC, the Swiss Academy of Sciences (SCNAT) and the International Union of Biological Sciences (IUBS) - have been funded by the ICSU's grants programme 2013 to facilitate a science-policy dialogue on the implementation of Access and Benefit Sharing (ABS) in Latin America and the Caribbean.

The project will focus on the implications of ABS for academic research and support the implementation of the Nagoya Protocol.
