Collaboration with the Convention on Biological
ecoHEALTH is engaged in a close collaboration with the Convention on Biological Diversity (CBD) in support of its work on biodiversity and health.

This well-attended side event highlighted existing synergies between biodiversity conservation and protection of human health and well-being, and the opportunities and options for a more efficient science-policy interface on this topic. Presenters highlighted the latest scientific findings on the linkages between biodiversity and health using an ecosystem approach; regional case studies; and the opportunity of the health lens to implement the Aichi targets.
