Recognizing the Earth as a complex and sensitive system regulated by physical, chemical and biological processes—and influenced, as never before, by human factors—the Earth System Science Partnership (ESSP) integrates multidisciplinary approaches to address global issues. The following ESSP Joint Projects publish documents on topics such as global change and health, the global water system, the carbon cycle, and food systems.

Global change and health

The science plan for the ESSP Joint Project on Global Change and Health is currently under review and will be posted shortly.
